Vomiting followed by Abdomen pain

Question

Asked for Male, 7 Years

My son aged 7 yrs reported vomiting followed by Abdomen pain. USG showed periportal cuffing, free fluid in pelvic region and Morrison's pouch. Another USG done today (2 days later) report attached. Wall (3mm), mild fullness of PCs in both kidneys. Patient is on Ofloxin for 2 days with Metrogyl. Any reasons to worry. Please guide.
