Vomitings for my 3 month old twin babies

My 3month old baby girls are sometimes experiencing vomitings after feeding....once in two days...my family doctor suggested neopeptin drops...is it fine?? Will there be any side effects??

Hi thanks for writing to Practo consult its should be fine. In case baby is overfeeding then vomiting should not be worrisome. Is babies weight Ok?
