Hi The levels of AST/ALT are very high which suggests a severe liver damage. Have you started taking treatment from some doctor? If not, you must. Please immediately consult a hospital with pediatrician available for complete workup and proper treatment. Food not being digested and vomiting are symptoms of the disease and with such report, symptomatic treatment won't suffice. In order to diagnose, a few more tests and thorough examination/history of the patient will be required.
