Just watch your symptoms. Monitor your temperature and oxygen levels once in 6 hours.. sp02 above 95% is normal.. drink plenty of fluids, steam inhalation, salt water gargling, healthy diet, if any alarming symptoms get the covid test done and inform health authorities
