Vulva pain and skin changes
Recently I've treated myself for thrush because I had all the symptoms with over the counter medicine , once I thought all the issues were gone the vulva pain and skin changes occurred after the dermol 500 cream , I tried to treat the skin with pure aloe Vera gel however it's just looking worse and worse

Over the counter medicines are broad spectrum medicines. They may not have a good effect. So it would be best to visit a gynecologist or a dermatologist to evaluate your issues. There are many conditions of the skin where OTC drugs dont help. Some may even get temporary effect and this keeps them from going to the concerned specialists.

Please visit a Gynecologist or a dermatologist ASAP, so that the problem can be nipped in the bud. Deep seated thrush may require oral medicines too. Also it has some thing to do with sexual activity, climate too. If your partners have thrush they may transmit it to you, hence condoms are the best protection. Even with condoms only the penis gets covered, and the groin which is a large area where fungal infections may exist in many,, does get exposed and this is main reason for the recurrence of fungal infections. Fungal infections also occur more in persons who's food lacks friendly bacteria which are usually helpful in digestion. Pre and Probiotics can help. Regularly eating Yogurt which is enriched in lactobacili can help cure many genital peri vaginal fingal infection

Wiping the genitals can also spread bad bacteria from anus to vulva. while wiping the genital area, always wipe from front to back. Wiping the anal region first and then the vulva can spread harful bacteria and fungi in this and vulval thrush may recur
