I have been suffering from vulvodynia burning pain in my vagina and vulva since 6 months.my vaginal swab test report normal.blood report normal.urine report normal.usg report impression is "adhesion pelvic endometrosis".my gynea doctr prescribed me tricyclic antidepressants.but i got no relief.pls help me.i want some relief from this constant burning pain.my sexual life is ruined due to this burnig.

Vulvodynia is quite complex, did your previous Gynaec come up with this diagnosis? There is a newer treatment approach to vulvodynia, speak to your gynaec. It’s a laser procedure.
