I have been pain in waist from 3 to 4days I can't sit down or stand straight .if I want to walk I have to bend and walk

It's symptoms of back pain may be mechanical or disc issue. Pls visit any good physiotherapist or orthopaedic doctor for further investigation.

till that don't lift heavy objects, forward banding. do hot pack over your pain area.
