Walking up with pounding heart
I am walking up with pounding heart rate three/four time a week. i had ECG which BMP is 83 and ECHO which came normal.. it is making my life very difficult, please help

probably related to some stress or mental tension, consult a psychiatrist, there is no harm and no shame in consulting a psychiatrist
