Hi doc, i got married 7 months ago.i have hypo thyroid issue since 2016.i am taking THYRONORM 75MG. I have 30days regular periods cycle.but after marriage march i got 54 days delay period..i took hcg beta blood test d ultrasound also no pblm with me..now also my period got postponed 49days today i got periods ..i want know the reason why it happens .in between 3 months i got periods regularly on date also. Here i attached my previous ultrasound results also

1. Get thyroid test done empty stomach early morning
2. Day 2 serum LH / FSH ratio
3. Day 2 serum Prolactin
4.Internal scan transvaginal to look for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness and antral follicle count on day 2 of periods

There are various reasons for prolonged periods. As such being hypothyroidism patient , you are prone for ovulatatory disturbances. Apart from that , stress, change in weight , eating /sleeping habits-lifestyle sometimes may lead to prolonged periods.
You should repeat your ultrasound ( Transvaginal) to rule out any functional ovarian cyst or pco morphology . and get some blood test done to check for other hormonal abnormalities like pcos , hyper-prolactinamia.
