See around 60 to 70% of sperms released in the vagina come out. It's completely normal. Still what u can do is after intercourse don't get up immediately, lie down with a pillow below ur hip for half an hour. If u want to know about treatment I infertility contact a good gynaecologist because everything cannot be discussed in this forum
