Want to diagnose my teeths + polishing
My teeths back side is brown colour because I am a chain smoker, also use to chew tobacco before. Want to polish my teeths.

Having some water after smoking reduces intensity of deposits.Regular cleaning and polishing is recommended every 6 months.
