To increase your height you need to concentrate on three factors balanced diet, exercise, good sleep. Balanced diet includes proteins, calcium, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. Exercise including pull-ups, jumping jacks, rope jumping etc.

At your age it is very likely that growth plates have fused. Height increase now is unlikely. Would advice you to focus on good posture instead!

Yes ,,you do skipping daily if you are not obese.... If you are obese you need to seek professional help to achieve your wish...they will teach you modified exercise according to you body

You can do morning running for 20-30 minutes daily.and exercise your self to increase stamina power. join the gym and start chinups if you are obase decrease your weight.
