Want to know about breast cancer in teen
My friend is 19 yrs. Old. She has a brown coloured lump below her armpit in the left near left breast. Her lump is visible.yet small and doesnt affects otherwise or Pains only if
pressed not otherwise. Is she prone to breast cancer. She is very stressed. How can she avoid . Any exercise tablet or particular diet guidance.

Healthy BMI and avoiding processed foods red meat alcohol , breast feeding for 1 ton2 yearscan decrease risk while obesity ..western life style may increasr risk...
