Want to use retinol
I am getting acne since last July.Never had acne whole my life .I want to use retinol for skin how often I can use and which one I should use which won't affect acne much .Or any any skin peel I can use weekly once .

Take proper care of yourself. Full course of acne requires 4- 5 months treatment . Consult Dermatologist regularly.

Treatment depends on the grade....Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. You can use retino a 0.25 cream, apply over pimples at bed time, avoid non veg, spicy food, fried food. Consume plenty of water. Use above remedy until complete cure.

Retinol is usually prescribed depending upon the skin type. Its a good drug but needs to be used cautiously. Also, no peels are advised for home use. Nor they are available freely for non medico.
