My stomach is upset , I feel warm inside my stomach, I took zentel tablet before , but still I feel my stomach upset .

Stomach upset is rarely because of helminth. Zentel is antihelminthic.
Most likely cause of stomach upset is Gastritis or GASTROENTERITIS. You need Treatment ACCORDINGLY.
