Warts on skin

Asked for Male, 44 Years

For the last 15 years i have been suffering from warts maximum about 50 on my neck, near arm pits, below chest, sides of groin, face and eye lids. It started with one wart on my scrotum years ago, this particular wart has changed appearance and size... it has white dead skin covering and would be around 8mm in diameter now. i also have a planters wart near my heel of the right foot. These are now becoming a social embarrasment and have made me loose self confidence. please advise.
