Was bitten by a dog
I was bitten by a rotweiller.The dog was vaccinated in 2015 , still got rabies shots..doctor is suggesting immoglobin? Is it necessary as quite afraid to take so powerful injection. It s already more than 30 hours. Pls suggest.wound is severe as some flesh came out.

If dog is vaccinated you only need post exposure prophylaxis with anti rabies vaccine.
