Was it jeart attack symptoms?
My mother 44 yrs old has heavy chest pain for few days back. We cehck diabetes, ECG , BP all normal. (Earlier) she had pain on the arms and had difficulty to lay down on bed.
Now it again appears and she feels chest pain and nausea like . She was unable to speak in pain. Plz help

As a precaution get her ecg ,echo tests done.
It could be intercostal myalgia in which case pain killers like Zerodol-P twice daily for 5 days will help.
