Having sensation for rubbing the eyes and eyes sticking while getting up from bed and frequent water blogging in the eyes, sometimes reddish.

Hello
this may be due to dryness
you can 1. Blink a lot
2. Wash eyes with fresh water
3. Cold compresses
4. Use lubricating eye drop like flogel

Thanks for putting up your query. Watering in a 5 year old child could be due to tear duct blockage (watering with white discharge) or allergic incase the child is rubbing her eyes following which the eyes get redness.
It is always better to consult an Oculoplasty consultant who specializes in this field and who would evaluate the condition more precisely.
