Wanted to know if in Delhi or Indian the pain free waterlase laser root canal therapy is there or not

Root canal treatment are ideally painless even with conventional treatment. Lasers are just used to disinfect the tooth from inside. Apart from that all the remaining process is done with other conventional instruments. Local Anaesthesia is usually required for any form of root canal treatment except few selective situations. You may consult any good clinics in delhi for the laser option as it is now quite common.
