Watery diarrhea
I am having yellowish watery diarrhea from 3 days with mild pain abdomen. The diarrhea comes after eating or drinking. I dont have fever,vomiting,blood or mucus in the stool. I am on ORS and tendor coconut. Should i thake antibiotic ?And if so_which anibiotic?

If your symptoms are more than 3 days you need to see a doctor and take medicines. Some tests may also be required . Dont try to self medicate. The internet is useful but it can't replace a professional medical opinion.
