My daughter has watery loose motion from 1 day. Initially it was vomit m doctor prescribed drops for vomit.

Most important thing during loose motions in a kid is to maintain hydration. Give ORS (oral rehydration salt) water frequently as much as she can drink. Read well the procedure of making ORS on the cover (as different packets require different amount of water to be dissolved in).
Avoid glucon D or fruit juices. Give soft digestible food. Curd is good as it's a natural prebiotic.
Yes, zinc plays an important role in recovery. You can give Z and D drops, 1 ml once daily for 14 days.
Keep a check on her urine frequency.
