Watery mass type in abdomen
My ultrasound is normal but when pressed in right abdomen near belly button, there is some fluid type moving sometimes felt sometimes not. I am constipated from past 2 days and dull pain in abdomen from few month, very uncomfortable without passing stool properly. Afraid to take laxative medicine, can it be related to appendicitis.

Appendicitis is a less likely, although Possible. GASTROENTERITIS etc causes are more likely Possibilities.
