My baby girl is 3 month 1 week old from yesterday she is doing watery poop in greenish color is on both FM( lacotgen 1) & BM ...yesterday she does 2 times but tdy she did 5 times...i m too worried

All mother's have enough milk to feed their growing baby.
Than why to give top milk that to with bottle.

n solve the problem.
Give syrup zenflox oz half teaspoon ful twice a day for 5days
Syrup Vizylac one teaspoon ful twice a day for 5days.
