Watery semen and weak urine stream.
I am having watery semen in my past 6-7 ejaculations. I even ejaculated after 5-6 days once but still, my semen was watery and non-sticky. It had patches of transparent and white colours but the semen was very thin and watery. Apart from it for the past sometimes I am even facing weak urine stream and sometimes I have to wait for quite some time during urination, mostly when my penis is erect in the morning or during daytimes. I even get an urge to go and urinate frequently compared to my past days. In the past, I even had a habit of restraining my urination sometimes during travelling or college time. Please advise me on the following condition. Is it anything serious?

Hello. This may happen due to nervous overstrain and suppression of natural urges like urine.
