Weakness and right side liver pain
Am feeling very weak and liveless, eye pain headache and light fever from last 10 days and liver are fatty grade 2. Suffering from ALD last one year. My liver enlarged 17.1 cm Blood report attached SGOT 106 SGPT 105 GGT 106 Sugar normal 130 Cretinin low Bilrubin with in rage. Daily taking Ciplar la 40 mg tab and peracetam 500 bd. Pls suggest how to improve.

Stop alcohol if you take . Take Cap Ursocol Take low fat diet and regular exercise Avoid more paracetamol

Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily with relaxed mind Do yogasanas and pranayam daily Avoid Soyabean oil for cooking totally, Avoid oily spicy and fast food, non veg food, processed food, maida containing items like biscuits toast bread khari etc Avoid alcohol totally if any Take salads, vegetable juices, soups, fruits more Take Cap ursokem 300mg 1 perday for 3 months Tab geriforte by Himalaya 1 Twice a day for 3 months Stop all previous medicine Take alo Vera juice daily on empty stomach regularly Recheck your liver profile after 6 weeks Send me report
