Weakness and tiredness
Hi Doctor, Nowadays, I often feel weakness most of the time in a day. After getting up from bed I am ok, but after having breakfast I feel weak and I feel sleepy. Sometimes I am sleeping and sometimes not. Around afternoon I feel ok. In the evening again I feel weak and sleepy till I sleep. My activity is very poor. What is the reason?

Hello, May be due to vitamin deficiency. 1. Have to do some exercise atleast go 40 minutes a day to be active 2. Avoid late night sleeping. 3. Sleep atleast 8 hours. 4. Can take vitamin supplements
