I am having weakness cough from yesterday. It is a viral disease. I am not liking food chapati vegetables. My mom stays with me. Can you suggest what food to eat?

Hello. You take hep sulp 30 - 3 times daily and arsenicum album 30 - 3 times daily. Drink kadha at least three times daily. Avoid cold food and drinks till you are ok.
