I feel very weak..my body is pain every time....and i feel sometimes get dizzy too... what should i do?

Hello, Tab COBADEX forte one at night for one month.tab nimprex two times or occasionally after food.tab stugeron25MG two three times a day after food or as required. ADVISE ASSESSMENT OF VIT B12 LEVEL ASSESSMENT OF VIT D3 level. consult a general physician MD ok.
