Hello there I can understand your concern . These symptoms are consistent with multinutritional deficiency which is explained by your lack of daily intake . Have a high protein diet , Have frequent meals ,have lots of greens , fruits and vegetables . Capsule absolut 3g once a day after meals for a month. Consult a general physician for further evaluation and management . Best regards Dr. Anil Kumar J Jain

This is a problem for many young adolescents. Avoid over stress and late night sleep. Meals should be taken thrice daily atleast. In your case, you are consuming less calorie per day, which is causing multinutritional deficiency. Consult any counselling department, if your health status is healthy physically. Avoid depressions due to overweight,if present. Consult endocrinologist, if you are overweight.
