Well she needs physiotherapy a lot which will improve her daily activity level & quality of life. No medicine & physiotherapy can stop demyelination ... we both can slow down the process & chances of complications.
So she has to be optimistic & take care of her exact goal oriented treatment guidelines protocols.
Type of physiotherapy will depend on her incapabilities & challenges she is facing now a days. That will depend on Physiotherapy assessment only then only can plan treatment guidelines accordingly.
Esp.in these cases there are Strengthening/Balance-Coordination & Gait Training mainly.
Regards.
