Wegeners disease
I have been suffering from wegeners disease 6 months ago and diagnosed at that time creatine was 8.1 and after that treated with 5 cycles of plasmapheresis and prednisolone
Then gradually decreased creatine level to 1.3
Mouth ulcer and foot pain also decreased
I was used cyclophosphamide and omanacortil
All are in normal
But yesterday for the check up creatine level was increased to 1.7
So what happen and again antibodies attaching again

Hi
Wegners disease has a chance of remission which is usually suppressed by medicines.
The creatinine levels 1.7 is borderline high.
Please see your Nephrologist to evaluate the same.
