Weight gain 1 month after going to gym
I have gained weight 1 month after doing regular cardio in gym. Is this a clear sign of thyroid problem?

No its not. That weight gain is mostly due to your increased hunger because of the exercise. Try controlling your diet too along with the exercise.

do complete thyroid profile t3, t4, tsh levels just to pacify your mind or if there is any history of hypothyroidism in your immediate relatives
