Weight gain after hernia surgery
I had laprscopic surgery of inguinal hernia 3.5months back.Now I have gained weight and most of the time I feel pain at the place of hernia and sometimes I feel stretching where stitches are.What should I do to lose weight and when will this pain and stretching will stop?
