Lab test recommended by you since her weight is increasing.does (fish oil 1000 mg provides 300 mg fatty acid of Kirkland company)is good for health .she is only 10 years old Also I am her mother age 40 years and I am deficient in vitamin d and suffering from hypothyroidism can I take fish oil capsules and pls tell me dosage
