Weight loss afyer surgery
I am 27 age old 6 months back i have under gone acl knee surgery at the that i am almost 100kg with in 6 months i reduced to 92 i am doing regular excercises and walking. but i am bit concerned about 8kg weight loss in 6 months is it fine

If you have made an effort to loose weight by diet /Exercise, then this loss is not so much. Ideal would be 12 Kgs in 6 months. However, if this loss is with no change in diet & exercise pattern. then yes, it must be investigated. Please get back with information.
