Weight loss and weakness
5 months back, I was having blood pressure 131/89 (consuming Eritel CH 40-12).Now as per measurement there is pressure of 121/80&.I am continuing thyroxin thyroid tablet 50mg.From last 4 months I am loosing my health, having weakness., body muscles have shrinked(specially thigh and arms)., weakness when wake up from bed in early morning.

Eritel CH is known to cause electrolyte imbalances.. specially sodium, potassium, uric acid, which may be the cause of your tieredness.. And I see your Blood pressure is not that high .. your BP medicine can be reduced.. None of your problem cause weight loss, check sugar, and your food

Check your thyroid profile once in 3 months to know the levels so that dose can be adjusted.. and also cbc test to know any infection or low hemoglobin levels.. drink plenty of fluids
