Weight Loss
Hi, I am into combat sports hence my routine involves a heavy cardio session and strength training. Last month my recorded weight was 81 kg and I am 6"2 and post that i came down to 78kg and now i fluctuate between 76-78Kg. I reduced my cardio session and now my weight is 76kg which worries me as i want to be 81kg category. I sleep for 6 hrs , workout for 2 hrs , office for another 8-9 hrs and do take protein shake one scoop a day. I am worried about my weight loss as it is not intentionally. Please help me if it is a concern as i feel less strong and fatigue throughout the day
