Hi. There are many causes for poor weight gain. Need to examine your child to find out the exact cause. Secondly there is no medicine for weight gain. We prescribe tonics for the deficiency and once it gets corrected, the activities of the child and consequently the appetite improves, and hence the weight improves. If your child growth chart shows that the weight is increasing regularly, and the child is free from recurrent illness, then don't worry.
