Hello Sir, Greetings!! I am 38year old male and do weight lifting regularly. I don't take any medicine and whey protein. It's all home made food or eating outside. I eat non veg frequently. My current BP status is 130/90. Now a days I am very frequently out of breath. It's hard for me to run for some time. Sometime I play football as well. Current concern is back pain sometime and BP. Just wanna know what all precautions I should take to avoid BP challenge or other health issue keeping weight lifting in mind. Last but not the least..I take alcohal sometime. Regards Abhay singh..
