I am suffering from gout arthritis currently I am taking febustat 80mg daily . For same I started workout with crossfit gym but the very next my gout pain boosted because of which I stopped and later when started swimming during swimming my left shoulder got dislocated which is now properly fixed I want to make it strong as normal and start workout so that i can overcome my health issues .

You should take physiotherapy treatment , A proper rehabilitation program which should include strengthening exercises .A post dislocation shoulder exercise plan has to be incorporated.
Gouty arthritis can cause your joint structure to be weak so exercise with caution listen to your body. Let inflammation settle down dont work through pin specially in gouty flare ups..

2)for shoulder dislocation avoid overhead activities ..and arm movements away from body..
3)start with ..mild weight training for anterior posterior and lateral deltoid muscles slowly increased your weight as per your capacity....
