Gouty arthritis can cause your joint structure to be weak so exercise with caution listen to your body. Let inflammation settle down dont work through pin specially in gouty flare ups.. The dislocation speaks the story of joint structure ligaments and muscles not very supportive..so brace it and pace with the recovery. Slowly building strength for shoulder joint through isometric and after abt 3 weeks start with simple theraband and simple weights. As I said pace through .. Add in joint care supplements too and check for vitamin d .. inflammation is best controlled with intake of vitamin D. All the best
Next Steps
work with your physiotherapist who will assist you reach goals in a painfree manner
Health Tips
