Wet Dreams issue
Hello Doctor, How do I stop getting unneeded and unwanted ejaculation at night while sleeping? It wakes me up in midnight and I have to rush to washroom urgently. After that large amount of urination also happens. This is second time I am facing such problem. I want to destroy this problem from the base before it becomes major. I don't really need any form of sexual activity and I seriously need to focus on my studies. I have already thrown out unethical things like masturbation from my life as it was causing severe damages to my confidence, happiness, focus in studies and interest in daily stuff. And I guess this involuntary discharge is going to cause me same problems. I have learnt and understood the importance and awesome benefits of preservation of seminal fluid. I don't want a single drop of it to leave my body. I hope you understood what I tried to convey you. Please help me with regard to this matter. Thank You.

For night falls : Night falls are a natural phenomena. But when we start having night falls more than 4-5 times a month, then there is a problem. We start feeling weakness, tiredness, etc.. Do not take milk after 3 pm. Try to avoid non-veg, spicy, fried & chilly food. Do not watch pornography materials. Take good healthy diet, do exercise & yoga daily. Take tab. Confido & chandan adi bhati each morning & evening with water. Keep stumic clean & avoid constipation.

Hello....... Yes, I can understand your point but don't go hard on yourself, it's hormonal process which occurs naturally in everyone, As you grow older all these desires subsides, you should give enough time for it and once you ejaculate it releases your tension, practice yoga and dyana ,it's life time practice in which you experience your desired effect of preserving semen..
