Wetness in the anal region

I have some wetness/dampness in the anal region. Had pain a week back . Had pain in sitting and sometimes i have burning in passing stools. What is the cause and what should be done to cure this.

Do you have bleeding per anal?? I need to ask more questions than that to prescribe you with a proper drug regimen
