What are chances of HIV rubbing condom

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I had sex with a Prostitute... I used condom but after sex Immediately i removed penis and rubbed on outside condom for final ejaculation(as i didn't completed fully in her) I had a small knife cuts which are not bleeding but im worried ... What are my chances of HIV?.. I had tested using DNA PCR at 18d, DUO at 54D, And antibody at 90 days negative but im worried as some people are saying 6 month Conclusive...
