What are pre stroke symptoms

Asked for Male, 50 Years

A few hours ago my uncle complained of numbness in his left arm along with a slight pain in the chest. Later on he started acting confused about the most things and then went off to sleep because of a severe headache. All this happened within one hour’s time and I am worried that these are pre stroke symptoms. Can someone confirm this? What are pre stroke symptoms?
