I am a 29 year old male and I am experiencing sprained ankle for a week now. I am not able to put pressure on my ankle and walk normally as I always do. What are the sprained ankle treatments that I can follow to resolve this issue?

Please consult an orthopedic surgeon because treating ankle sprain on your own can have devastating complications (IE if it's an ankle sprain)
