What are these symptoms? (read full pls)
Hi, I'm a 17 year old male, otherwise quite healthy and fit physically. But i have have health anxiety as doctors have said... Anxiety started during lockdown, I got dry throat and thought its covid. But it was nothing. Then i developed a high bp of 140/60... It is very disturbing due to the feeling of bounding pulse. I got homeopathy... Felt better as the intensity of the bounding pulse reduced and avg bp is now 135/70. I still feel shaky and jerky... My diet is fine.. But since a month, i have experienced a mild chest pain and weakness in left arm, a headache on top of the head (sometimes left and sometimes right side) that comes and goes in a minute and happens quite often now, numbness in fingers when i lift up my left hand and a bounding pulse as usual. What is all this happening and what should i do to stop it? My life is being ruined due to all this, please help.
