Stat tab dolo 659mg twice a day after breakfast and dinner.
If there is severe sore throat u need to start
Tab azithromycin 500mg once daily after lunch ....but not before geting examined by a clinician..
Investigation- cbc, malaria ag hav to b done to differentiate weather it is a viral or malaria or dengue.
