What does it mean when your right eye twitches
From morning my right eye was flickering, twitching. I am 43 year old man and my office friends started making fun by saying that I am going to be rich soon. But I actually wanted to know if there is any medical cause behind it? Actually what does twitching of right eye mean?

Twitching usually occurs due to mental stress or nutritional deficiency or sleeplessness or nerve irritation or dryness etc please identify the cause and follow accordingly

Most common cause is stress
