What does the test show?
What does the attached CBC test depict? My sister has a history of getting fainted a lot. Recently also she fainted in classroom might be because she did not have any food or due to the heat. The values here are a little less than normal so the reason could be anything, but fir niw can we get a general diagnosis and some medication to improve them?

It's also added to some cereals and soy products, such as soy milk. 4)Take Foods containing vitamin C such as citrus fruits, melons and berries that help increase iron absorption. Hope that helps

The blood report is suggestive of anemia, your sister would require to undergo further investigations to find the cause of the anemia. She will be required to have iron and folic acid supplement. These following steps may help her condition: - Increase the intake of iron-rich foods (eggs, spinach, artichokes, beans, lean meats, and seafood) and foods rich in cofactors (such as vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin B12, and vitamin C) important for maintaining normal hemoglobin levels, such foods include fish, vegetables, nuts, cereals, peas, and citrus fruits. - Drink lots of water and stay well hydrated at all times of the day(Aim to drink 2.5-3 liters of water everyday) - Adults need upto 8 hours of sleep per night - Destress yourself with methods such as yoga/meditation. - Exercise regularly
